Refund policy

Customers have the option to inspect their purchase prior to and upon delivery or pickup. It is a customer's responsibility to ensure they're satisfied with all aspects of an item including color, size, quality, and comfort before acceptance 

A customer may cancel their order BEFORE pick-up or delivery of their items to receive a refund or exchange*. ONCE AN ITEM HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY A CUSTOMER AT DELIVERY OR UPON PICKUP, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND. (For delivery, an item is considered "accepted" once the delivery guys have left your home and the items are now in your sole possession. For pickup, an item is considered "accepted" once you have the item in your vehicle.)  DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

*To receive a refund on a Layaway, a customer must cancel the Layaway within 12 months of the date of the first payment and must not have picked up or received delivery of any items on the order.  Layaways cancelled beyond the 12-month deadline that have not been delivered or picked up, may only receive store credit.
 
Please Note: Crosby's Furniture only honors the policies listed on our physical receipts and www.crosbysfurniture.com.  We do not honor any other refund or return policies listed on any other websites or applications such as Instagram Shop or Facebook Shop.  We do not accept any returns after delivery or pick-up on any purchases whatsoever.
