Refund Policy

A customer may cancel their order BEFORE pick-up or delivery of their items to receive a full refund*.  The customer has the choice to open and inspect their items prior to and upon delivery or pick-up. It is a customer's responsibility to ensure they're satisfied with all aspects of an item including color, size, quality and comfort before acceptance.  Once an item has been delivered or picked-up, there are no returns or refunds of any kind.  Delivery fees are non-refundable. 

Note: Crosby's Furniture only honors this refund policy located on our website during the checkout process.  We do not honor any other refund or return policies listed on any other websites or applications such as Instagram Shop or Facebook Shop.  We do not accept any returns after delivery or pick-up on any purchases whatsoever. 

*To receive a refund on a Layaway, a customer must cancel the Layaway within 12 months of the date of the first payment and must have not picked up or received delivery of any items on the order.  Layaways cancelled beyond the 12 month deadline that have not been delivered or picked-up, may only receive store credit. 


Shipping Policy

We only deliver our products within a roughly 30-40 mile radius of our two store locations.  Please give us a call before placing your order if you believe you are located outside of this range to ensure we can deliver to your area.  If you are not interested in having your items delivered, you can pickup your items at either of our store locations.  We do not guarantee shipping times or in-stock availability on any items listed on our website.  The Shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees.  When it comes to shipping times, we are dependent on the factory to provide us with estimated ship dates.  In some cases, items can be backordered or out of stock at the factory.  We cannot give out exact delivery dates on these items since we are waiting on the factory to restock which could take up to 6 weeks or more.  Customers may contact us at any time during store hours to get an update on the status of their order.  Once we have received a complete order, we will contact the customer to set a delivery or pickup date.
